Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse while allowing them to continue working, attending school, and caring for family.

Our clinicians meet the education and experience requirements set by the Department of Health Professions, Department of Medical Assistance Services, and the Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services.
LIRS’s Intensive Outpatient services (ASAM Level 2.1)
A structured program of essential addiction education skilled treatment services for adults delivering a minimum of 3 service hours per service
day to achieve 9 to 19 hours of services per week.
The following services components to name a few:
1. Psychiatric and other individualized treatment planning.
2. Individual, family and/or group psychotherapy.
3. Medication management and psycho educational activities.
4. Psychopharmacological consultation.
5. Addiction medication management provided through referral.
