Our programs are tailored to address the unique needs of each participant, focusing on removing barriers that impede personal growth and stability. Through structured support, skill development, and coordinated care, we empower individuals to overcome challenges, establish healthy and nurturing environments, and build the foundation necessary for sustained independence and success.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse while allowing them to continue working, attending school, and caring for family.

Includes:

• Individual Counseling

• Group Therapy Sessions

• Family Support Services

• Relapse Prevention Planning

• Life Skills Development

Substance Abuse Counseling

Licensed and qualified professionals provide evidence-based counseling to help individuals overcome addiction and build healthy lifestyles.

Family Support & Education

Addiction affects the entire family. We provide education and support to help families understand recovery and rebuild healthy relationships.

Our clinicians meet the education and experience requirements set by the Department of Health Professions, Department of Medical Assistance Services, and the Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services.

LIRS’s Intensive Outpatient services (ASAM Level 2.1)

A structured program of essential addiction education skilled treatment services for adults delivering a minimum of 3 service hours per service

day to achieve 9 to 19 hours of services per week.

The following services components to name a few:

1. Psychiatric and other individualized treatment planning.

2. Individual, family and/or group psychotherapy.

3. Medication management and psycho educational activities.

4. Psychopharmacological consultation.

5. Addiction medication management provided through referral.
